Application Notes
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, RIA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry and FACS. Immunohistochemistry: Acetone fixed, paraffin embedded sections. Immunoprecipitation: Under non-reducing conditions, two chains with apparent molecular weight of 110 and 150kD. In the presence of a reducing agent (2% B-ME), a single molecular species of 130kD is detected. Under reducing conditions both alpha3 and beta1 subunits run with the same apparent molecular weight. Positive control: Cell Line: KJ29 renal carcinoma adherent cells.
