Application Notes
Immunoelectrophoresis: 2ml plasma or equivalent against 120ml antiserum. Double Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10ml antiserum in 3 mm. diameter center well and 2ml plasma samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameter. peripheral wells. Single Radial Immunodiffusion: 1% in the gel.
