Application Notes
Immunoelectrophoresis: 120 ul against 2 ul or equivalent. Double Radial Immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony): Use a rosette arrangement with 10 ul in a 3 mm diameter center well and 2ul serum samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameter peripheral wells.
