Application Notes
Double Radial Immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony): Use a rosette arrangement with 10 ul in 3 mm diameter center well and 2ul serum samples (neat and serially diluted in 2mm diameter peripheral wells). Immunoelectrophoresis: 120 ul against 2ul serum or equivalent.
