Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200. For enhancement of cortex staining, it is recommended to preincubate the fixed sections with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 1-5 minutes prior to first incubation step. Incubation time: 1 hour at RT. Western Blot (ECL): 1:2000.
