Application Notes
Suitable for use in inhibition assays and Western Blot. A dilution of 1:2000 for Western blots will yield a positive result with 0.2 ug of recombinant human cytochrome P450 IA2 using alkaline phosphatase-conjugated anti-goat IgG secondary antibody according to the manufacturer's instructions. Inhibits approximately 80% of the ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase activity of human liver microsomes at a concentration of 10 mg IgG/nmol P450. Western Blot: Recognizes a band (P450 1A2) in human liver microsomes.
