Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000. Use 1 ug of Malate Dehydrogenase (Porcine Heart) in a standard sandwich ELISA with ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
