Do not freeze. Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing will result in a substantial loss of activity.

Application Notes

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: ~0.5-1 ug/ml (1:1000-1:2000). For optimal results, tissues or cytospin preparations should be fixed in Carnoy's Fluid (60% ethanol, 30% chloroform, 10% glacial acetic acid). Not recommended for use on formaldehyde fixed tissue. May be used on thin sections prepared for ultra structural analysis after fixation of tissue in a modified Karnovsky's reagent (Lab Invest. (1988). 58:682-691). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
