LS-C292352 is intended as a negative control for use in flow cytometry and ELISA to assess potential non-specific binding by goat F(ab')2 IgG antibodies.Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
