Application Notes
This FITC conjugated antibody can be used in flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections) and immunofluorescence. Bright cell staining is seen at dilutions neat to 1:320. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
