Application Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. ELISA: 0.5-2 ug/ml (100 ul/well); Detects 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hBMP-2. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml; Detection limit is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Neutralization: 1.3-1.9 ug/ml; Yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hBMP-2 (200 ng/ml).
