Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human OX40. The detection limit for rhOX40 is approximately 2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. In this format, this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmOX40. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
