Application Notes
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Neutralization. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Flow Cytometry: 50 ug/ml. Add 10 ul to 1-2.5x 10^5 cells in < 200 ul reaction volume. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml detects 0.4 ng/well. Neutralization: 3-15 ug/ml blocks 50% of the binding of 2.5 ng/ml of rhCD200/Fc to immobilized rhCD200/Fc chimera (100 ul of 2 ug/ml per well). 50 ug/ml blocks >90%.
