Application Notes
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for rmIL-33 is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml Use 10 ul to label 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 ul using activated mouse splenocytes. Immunohistochemistry: 2-15 ug/ml used on frozen mouse intestine samples. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml Detection limit for rmIL-33 is ~0.3 ng/well.
