Application Notes
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:10000. Use HRP Rabbit-anti-Sheep IgG [H&L] and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:10-1:001:5000 (TMB). Immunohistochemistry (Methanol fixative): 1:100. Immunoprecipitation: 1:500. Pre-clean with a non-specific Sheep IgG.
