Application Notes
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-anti body based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Chicken IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
