Application Notes
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG F(c) in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Researchers should determine optimal titers for other applications. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
