Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) catalog no. NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1000 to 1:5000 of the stated concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
