Higher expression of SUMO-1 was detected in normal adrenal gland, esophagus, pancreas, liver, stomach, kidney, and uterus. the function of SUMO-1 may vary depending on the tissue types. IHC-P: Tissue sections were deparaffinized in xylene, rehydrated, and treated with fresh 0.3% hydrogen peroxide in methanol for 15 min. W: A non-reduced sample treatment was used.
