Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:500 to 1:2000, assayed against 1.0 ug of Glutathione-S-Transferase (Schistosoma japonicum) in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
