Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:2000 to 1:8000. 1.0 ug of rat IgA was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
