Maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1x1E6 cells is approximately 1.0 ug of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:250. FACS analysis: 1:100-1:250. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
