Application Notes
Suitable for immunoblotting (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilution (s): ELISA: 1:2000 to 1:9000. Assayed against 1 ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. Storage Conditions: Store vial at 4? C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE. This product is stable at 4? C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Expiration date is one year from date of opening product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
