Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry ( frozen and paraffin embedded sections), Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Radioimmunoassay. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections at 1:50-1:300. Paraffin embedded tissue (Bouin fixation): 1:50-1:300 (requires pretreatment with trypsin or pronase). Flow cytometry: 1:100-1:200. Use 10 ul of this working dilution to label 1E6 cells.
