Suitable for use in Western Blot and Peptide Inhibition analysis. Western Blot Analysis: A 1:2000-1:10000 dilution of this lot detected histone H2A. X in acid-extracted proteins from HeLa cells. The antibody did not detect recombinant Histone H2A. Peptide Inhibition Analysis: 1 and 10 uM of the immunizing histone H2A. X peptide abolished detection of histone H2A. X by this lot in immunoblot analysis of HeLa acid extracts.
