Application Notes
Suitable for use in Radio Immunoassay. Thaw antiserum at room temperature. Make a 1:25 working dilution of the reconstituted antiserum in PBS plus 0.1% gelatin (i. e. assay buffer). This permits addition of 200 ul per assay tube. Sensitivity: The suggested dilution will result in >30% binding of tracer in a liquid phase RIA with 0.2 ml of first antibody added to a final volume of 1ml.
