Application Notes

Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization and Western Blot. Direct ELISA: < 0.5 ug detects 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hIGF-II using 100 ul/well antibody solution. Neutralization: 3.1-4.6 mg/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hIGF-II (10 ng/ml). Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml detects recombinant hIGF-II at 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
