Application Notes

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Radioimaging and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2hrs at RT. Immunoprecipitation: Use Protein G, 2 ug/mg protein lysate. Immunohistochemistry, Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded: 0.2-0.4 ug/ml for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Ls174T cells. Colon Carcinoma. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
