Optimized for the detection of biotinylated protein molecular weight standards. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:3000. The alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugated secondary antibodies are utilized in conjunction with specific chemiluminescent or other substrates for detection on Western blots. One of the advantages for AP conjugation is that the reaction rate remains linear for a long period of time. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
