Immunohistochemistry: Frozen and paraffin sections. Enzymatic antigen retrieval and DNA acid denaturation required. Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization: 1:25; Use a rabbit anti-sheep AMCA secondary antibody. Note: Denature DNA sample first so base is accessible to BrdU antibody.
