ELISA: Use as capture or as a second detecting antibody in sandwich format (Apparent binding constant is ~0.1nM). Immunohistochemistry (acetone or ethanol fixed frozen 10um sections): 10-20 ug/ml, Staining is similar to that for polyclonal antibodies to interstitial collagen I. Not suitable for paraffin-embedded sections or formaldehyde fixation.
