Neutralization: The neutralization activity of EGF Neutralizing Antibody is Measured by its ability to neutralize EGF induced proliferation in the Balb/c 3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. The Neutralization titer (IC50) is typically 2. 5-7. 5 ug/ml in the presence of 2 ng/mL Recombinant Human EGF. Please Note: Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the end user.
