Monoclonal

Storage Note

Store at 2°C to 8°C for up to 1 month. Aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C for up to 1 year. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.

Application Notes

Block: In a functional ELISA which immobilized recombinant Human TNFRSF11A at 2ug/ml (100 µL/well) in the plate, the Rabbit anti-Human TNFSF11 Monoclonal Antibody can block the binding of 0.2 ug/ml of recombinant Human TNFSF11 to human TNFRSF11A, the EC50 is 0.48 ug/ml; Immobilized recombinant Human recombinant Human TNFRSF11B at 2 ug/ml in the plate, the Antibody can block the binding of 0.2 ug/ml of recombinant Human TNFSF11 to human TNFRSF11B, the EC50 is 1.02 ug/ml. Neutralization: The neutralization activity of TNFSF11 Neutralizing Antibody is Measured by its ability to neutralize TNFSF11 induced osteoclast-like cell formation in RAW 264. 7 mouse macrophages. The Neutralization titer (IC50) is typically 4-16 ng/mL in the presence of 30 ng/mL Recombinant Human RANKL/OPGL/TNFSF11/CD254. Please Note: Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the end user.
