Block: This VEGF Neutralizing Antibody can block the binding of recombinant VEGF to its recombinant receptor VEGFR2. Neutralization: Measured by its ability to neutralize VEGF165 induced proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). The Neutralization Titer (IC50) is typically 15-75ng/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL Recombinant Human VEGF165. Please Note: Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the end user.
