Application Notes

Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Immunofluorescence: 2-3 ug/ml; Note: For optimal results in immunofluorescence assays, cells should be fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/0.5% Triton X-100/PBS for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100/PBS for 5 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA/PBS for 30 minutes. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml; Single band at ~200kD. Positive control: Mouse LRP5-pSEC-tag-transfected 293T cells, MCF-7 human breast adenocarcinoma, T47D human breast ductal carcinoma, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryo fibroblast lysates.
