Immunofluorescence: 1-10 ug/ml. Flow cytometry: fixed cells only (acetone fixed cells). Western Blot: 5-10 ug/ml (ECL). Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 5-10 ug/ml, APAAP.
