Application Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Direct ELISA: 0.5 ug/ml. Use 100 ul/well. Detects 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant human NGFb. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 mg/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human NGFb is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Neutralization: 0.05-0.08 ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition (ND50) of the biological activity of 1 ng/ml human NGFb.
