Description: The recombinant human ALK5/GST chimera consists of 541 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 62.6 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates approximately 57 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human ALK5 (P36897-1) (Thr200-Mey503) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
