Description: The recombinant human ANP32A/GST chimera consists of 479 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 55.4 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 50 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the of human ANP32A (NP_006296.1) (Glu 2-Lys 238) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
