Description: The recombinant human ANXA8 consists of 345 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 39.1 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 35 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human ANXA8 (AAH73755.1) (Met1-Pro327) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
