Description: The recombinant human CASK/GST chimera consists of 1134 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 130 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 120 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human CASK isoform 4 (O14936-4) (Ala 2-Tyr 898) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
