Description: The recombinant human CCNE1/GST chimera consists of 647 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 75 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 70 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the full length of human CCNE1 isoform 1 (NP_001229.1) (Met 1-Ala 410) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
