Description: The recombinant human CD10 consists of 718 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 82.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rh CD10 migrates as approximately 95-105 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Tyr 52-Trp 750) of human CD10 (NP_000893.2) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
