Description: The recombinant human CD3D consists of 335 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 37.8 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 47-51 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human CD3D (Met1-Ala105) was fused with the C-terminal flag-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
