Description: The recombinant human CRADD consisting of 209 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 24.1 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 26 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human CRADD (P78560) (Met 1-Glu 199) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
