Description: The recombinant human DDR1 /GST chimera consists of 707 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 80 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 80 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human DDR1 (Q08345-1) (Arg444-Val913) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
