Description: The recombinant human DDR2 consists of 389 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 44.1 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 54 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human DDR2 (NP_001014796.1) (Met 1-Arg 399) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
