Description: The recombinant human DDR2 /GST chimera consists of 671 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 77.1 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 77 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human DDR2 (Q16832) (Arg422-Glu855) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
