Description: The recombinant human EDA2R consists of 149 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 16.7 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhEDA2R is approximately 33 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human EDA2R (NP_068555.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Thr 138) fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus and a signal peptide at the N-terminus.
