Description: The recombinant human EED/GST chimera consists of 678 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 78 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 75-85 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human EED (O75530-1) (Met 1-Arg 441) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
